We stand behind the products we sell. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days for a replacement or refund.*
Please note: Returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted for face masks, bicycles, special orders, or clearance/discounted items.
Shipping Options
Shipping is available for most apparel and accessories. Orders typically ship within one business day of being placed.
Due to dealer agreements, certain bicycles may not be eligible for shipping.

Some items may incur additional shipping and handling charges due to size or weight.
We currently ship within the Continental United States only.
In-Store Pickup
In-store pickup is free for all items, including bicycles and oversized products. Most orders are ready within one business day.
Please note:
Some items may require additional time for transfer from off-site locations or assembly
You will be notified by phone or email when your order is ready
If you need an item urgently, we recommend calling ahead to confirm availability
Orders must be picked up within 30 days, unless prior arrangements are made. A 15% restocking fee may apply to unclaimed orders.
Returns
If there’s an issue with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days for a refund of the original purchase price (excluding shipping), provided the item is in new condition.
Items returned after 14 days or showing signs of use may be subject to a restocking fee or issued as store credit only
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Mail-In Returns
You may also return items by mail if they are defective or unsatisfactory.
Please ship via UPS Ground or insured USPS (no CODs accepted)
Shipping costs will be reimbursed for incorrect merchandise
Used items may be subject to a restocking fee
Non-returnable items include:
Face masks, bicycles, special orders, clearance/discounted items, and labor or service fees (such as custom builds).
